Sargodha Development Authority’s (SDA) Chairman Mumtaz Akhtar Kahlo has informed that he has requested the PM to allocate funds to facilitate the working going on in the city. Moreover, he stated that issuance of funds is significant for the SDA to address the city’s local concerns.

It is also stateed that SDA is working on different ways to generate city’s own funds to avoid any halt in the continued work. For this purpose, plots are to be auctioned in the model town and the pending projects shall also be completed.

Mumtaz Kahlo also assured that a meeting shall soon be held with PM Imran Khan and CM Usman Buzdar , and Governer Punjab Muhammad Sarwar to discuss the fund matter.

Furthermore, Commissioner Sargodha has made it mandatory for societies to have sewerage plant installation.

Funds have also been approved to rehabilitate the roads in Sargodha.
