Punjab Government to Allow Business Activities

The world has stopped due to covid19 pandemic, the economies are falling, unemployment has been increased and people can’t find a way to come back towards life. The whole world is suffering from this virus terribly.

Due to the lockdown, the businesses have been stopped. Businessmen and traders are protesting to reopen their respective businesses to earn and cope with the needs of life.

While considering the crisis which people are going through, the government of Pakistan has announced many public-friendly projects to support the people in this horrific time. Ehsaas program, initiated by Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, is the most accommodating project of this chain.

With the recommendation of PM Imran Khan, the construction sector has already been opened to provide people with jobs and for the support of the economy. The construction sector has been working since mid of April while following the entire SOP as per the advice of PM and provincial governments.

While taking into account the problems of public, the government of Punjab has requested the federal government to allow reopening the business before eid to support the people of the province.

It is said that business activities are most likely to reopen in Punjab as the government is all set to facilitate people by allowing reopening the businesses. Chain and retails stores are most likely to start operating their businesses. While allowing reopening of the businesses, the government has been stressing upon following the SOP’S to avoid any inconvenience in this process.

It is being considered that the complete lockdown will take us nowhere, if people won’t die of Coronavirus, they would die of hunger as Pakistan does not bear a brawny economy. Bearing this in mind, the government has announced smart lockdown, in which selected businesses will remain open within a specific time frame and the SOP’s will be followed strictly.

The big news of reopening the businesses in Punjab before Eid will bring ease to so many lives, it will support the economy of the country and will help people meet the needs.

In this regard, the Minister of Information said, the government is bringing in a project to financially support the laborers who had to swallow the brunt of the inclusive lockdown.

The government is taking all the necessary steps to supports its people. May Almighty protect everyone from this horrific virus and bring us back to life.
