CONSENT GRANTED BY LDA :

Meeting of the LDA Governing body was held in the first week of December 2020, which was lead by Chairman S M Imran of LDA.

In the meeting it was made public that LDA has granted approval for the construction of 4000 Apartments on 563 Kannals of land within a period of one year.  The project is the hunk of Prime Minister Naya Pakistan Housing Programme. Its first phase incorporates the construction of 125 blocks of four storey apartments, each comprising of 32 residential units.

Furthermore, LDA Director General Ahmed Aziz Tarar, briefed the agenda of the meeting by adding that infrastructure projects would also be constructed with an estimated amount of Rs. 20 bn. He said this project comprises of all the basic facilities needed for the welfare of well-being.

A Financial Model was displayed in the meeting proposed by the consultant firm, for making the construction of these apartments a feasible project.
